American Express 💳

Fidel has formed a great partnership with Amex and are excited to add them to the API this month. Amex offers great features for its customers and now its cardholders can earn even more value on the Fidel program.

Merchant Offers Platform 🛍

We know how difficult it can be for both merchants and publishers to form partnerships, that's why Fidel has created a simple marketplace to help accelerate card-linking. Sign up for an account to find out more.

Adding a new card scheme or product to the API can be complex business, so we partnered with Zendesk to add the best support solution to help us provide real-time support - whenever!

Fidel is the only global API for card-linking, so naturally it was time to add some new market coverage! We are now live in the following markets:

Receiving real-time notifications is one of the most valuable assets of card-linking technology and we can't wait to add it to the API for Visa cardholders soon!

Cashback API 💷

The cashback API is a seamless add-on which gives customers rewards and issues cashback straight to a their bank cards! Public doc.s will be added to docs.fidel.uk soon - stay tuned!
